Product: Urbanz Rock Star - Portable Speaker

I’ve been saying for ages that I needed a small portable speaker, even half-heartedly searching for one myself. I never expected all this moaning to pay off however, so I was delighted when one turned up on my desk. The Rock Star from Urbanz is a total cutie and has inspired me to listen to music on my computer again.

Product: Urbanz Rock Star - Black The Rock Star is a tiny, starfish-type thing which is small enough to fit comfortably in your hand. When I first picked it up, it occurred to me that it was comfortable enough to hang onto while running for the bus even.

To set-up is super easy. Take it out of its plastic and plug it into the computer, iPod or MP3 player using the audio cable. To charge the Rock Star up, simply turn it off and plug it into a USB socket.

Product: Urbanz Rock Star - Silver The sound itself is surprisingly good considering the tiny size of the Rock Star. I played it down the phone to Alex and she was very impressed. Later I played it to someone else and got the same look of surprise. It can get a bit tinny at higher volumes but really, the Rock Star sounds wonderful and isn’t supposed to replace your main sound system.

The Rock Star comes in silver and black, and for under £20 is definite value for money.
